F. Kendall Sharp established Search For Excellence, Inc. (“SFE”) in 1991. For nearly two decades, Kendall has coached and assisted thousands of candidates in finding more fulfilling jobs. Kendall specializes in mergers, as well as retained and contingency partner searches. Clients and candidates value her guidance and candor, and allow her to direct their searches to completion. A native Floridian who graduated from Yale University in 1985 with a degree in history, Kendall also played varsity sports and lettered in basketball, softball and lacrosse. A world-traveler, Kendall has explored such exotic places as China, Japan and Kenya. She has dived the Great Barrier Reef, kayaked in Alaska, and ridden her bike across Spain.
